At PERGOLUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space; if your pergola or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is disassembled and securely packed in its original packaging, including all hardware and instruction manuals.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight carriers to schedule a convenient time for the collection of your return.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
